Divinely inspired in man's role as subcreator to the Creator, yes. But like any of his faculties, man may misuse or misapply creative ability.

Yes because divine means having the nature of a deity. A deity being a god. Any creation was inspired by someones god.

Weapons and drugs are definitely not divinely inspired (on second thought from a Christian perspective I suppose wine is divinely inspired since Jesus supposedly changed water into it and from a Muslim perspective maybe weapons are too since God supposedly advocates violence). Final answer: yes and no - depends on what religion you embrace or don't embrace.

Every thing we do is inspired. Every thing from our Father who is righteous and loving is in control of all things. As is stated in John 1:1-4, It is in the word ( Hebrew translation for this word, word, is the plan) without nothing is done that is done.
