To lose a gut it's not about how many sit-ups you do a day it's about finding the right diet to help speed up your metabolism and exercise. Do 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30mins of cardo, and lift some light weights 3 to 4 times a week. Try eating more smaller meals each day, about 5-6, and eat the right things. You know what they are. (This will help speed up your metabolism and burn fat) Do this full on for about a month and you'll see a difference. When you see a difference, if you're happy then don't change a thing. Drink LOTS of water and try not to eat after 9 PM.

it's not about sit ups. sit ups give you the muscle. what you have to do is eat about 300 calories less a day + sit ups. running/swimming helps too. Make sure you control your urge to eat after exercise. Do 150 situps. 30 regular, 30 legs at 90 degree, 30 straight up in the air, and go back down same order. don't start too much on first 3 days or you will not continue. if you follow through you will have a min. of a six pack, maybe eight if you do it for 3 months straight, also stretch your back or it will look uneven and you will have a different posture. (think of biceps then triceps on arms)

i had ulcers when i did the eat less at dinner and more during breakfast...so i would not recomment the after 6 diet. now that they're all healed, i eat 6 times a day 1/2 only of each meal. do breathing excercise and do 30 minutes aerobics every day. i also doubted the situp thing because blue collar people dont do situps and still not have beer bellies.

for best results, dont eat after 6pm. this gives your stomach time to digest food before you go to bed. the longer food sits in your stomach the worse it is for you. it not only expands your stomach but causes harmful toxins to build up. Just like the rest of your body, your stomach needs time to relax at night. Another thing that really works for me is a stomach exersise that you do standing up. it works the lower stomach muscles that crunches dont. Basical you have feet at shoulder width, bend the knees a little and tighten your stomach. place your hands in front of you and sway your stomach back and forth. it is also best to do this in the water or in a pool. You will really feel those lower muscles working if you do it right. believe me you will see results after a week. I do a couple crunches in the morning and a few before bed. those help the stomach with digestion.

You can do sit ups all day long, but it won't do any good if you're taking in more fat than you're burning. The tighest ab muscles won't show through a layer of fat.
Do your crunches (not sit ups!) and other muscle toning exercises every other day (not every day!),and a cardio workout on the in-between days.
Do this in conjunction with a sensible diet (don't starve yourself!) and you should see awesome results in a couple of months.Don't get discouraged. It might take longer than you like, but it's worth it!

Sit ups only tone you up, you won't really lose any weight doing them. Try doing a lot of cardio, the fat will come right off. (Do crunches just to firm up, 30 regular, 30 obliques left and right, and 30 reverse....every night) The amount of time it will take seriously depends on how much you have to lose.

To drop some weight, you could desire to do aerobic workouts. Squats/crunches are muscle development workouts. You ab muscle mass will by no ability be seen except you have a very low physique fat proportion. you could desire to consume very wholesome and do aerobic to get the low physique fat after which you do the crunches on a daily basis to get a 6 %.. in case you have already got a low physique fat you will possibly desire to be certain a distinction in 2 weeks (a sprint definition) and much extra helpful ends up in 2 months. 6 months you will possibly desire to have it perfected.

You gotta do cardio, not crunches, and cut sugar and fat from your diet. You'll see the results (beginning) within two to three days. It's a gradual process if you do it right.
