The best thing I have used is a combination of this Herbal Essence conditioner for dry damaged hair..it is purple..it is like putting silk in your hair. I go to Wal-Mart and buy like 3 bottles because I use it everyday. I use that and Aussies 3 minute miracle. My hair is very healthy and shiny. I leave it in my hair as I shave.

Totally agree with the Redken website visit. Without knowing your hair type- the best Redken product I can recommend is the All Soft product range- I love the way it makes my hair feel (& I love the way it smells!!)

Hi! i think first you need to figure out your hair type.... but i strongly recommend visiting the redken website cause you can take a hair quiz there and they have this all soft line that made my hair silky smooth.
