Depends on the state you are in. In my state, there is a 7 day recision period and also some loopholes for 30 days and your out. You need to check the laws of your state. There may be a loophole in disclosure also. If they knowingly did not disclose some bit of information to you. If you are under 18. You may also want to check with the better business bureau in your area to see if this dealer has a bad reputation and they may be able to advise you further.

Depending on how you got ripped off, there is a way. If the car itself is mechanically a junker (a lemon), but was not represented as such, I think most states have lemon laws that allow you to get your money back. Also, most reputable dealerships do have a small window of time where you can return the car if your not satisfied. Look into it sooner rather than later.

Yes thereis a way out tell them your just not happy with the car and want another and that you still want to do buisness with them and they will work with you. USUALLY Depends on the dealer. GOOD LUCK ! ! !
