i was wondering if you think it would be too drastic of a change on my hair if i went from the first pic to the second or third... (3rd being the lighter hair in pic) which hair do you like better 2nd or 3rd?

I like the color you have now but out of the two I would say go with the 2nd one. It's the least drastic of the two.

I like your hair color now....you could even do some chunky highlights. But out of the two haircolors, I would go with #2.
