He couldn't read thoughts. It says CLEARLY in the bible, that He gave up all His divine powers while on the earth. The only powers He had were the ones God grants everyone who follows Him with enough faith. Faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains, the apostles healed people too, many prophets called upon God for signs. Jesus walking across water wasn't so extremely excessive when it comes to God's powers He allows humans to do. And Jesus couldn't read peoples thoughts. Sure God could've allowed Him to, but it makes no mention of that in the bible, so anyone who tells you that is just telling you a myth, that doesn't have any biblical backup. You know some people are actaully stupid enough to believe Jesus killed a dove and then revived it in His youth? What utter crap. NO HE CANNOT READ MINDS WHEN HE WAS ON EARTH, ONLY AFTER HIS DEATH, AND THE REGAINING OF HIS DIVINITY COULD HE READ MINDS. He 'gave up his rank' and came to the earth. Also, don't mix up God with His son. If it's not written in the bible, don't take it for granted, and naturally doubt any Jesus, or apostle related stories.

FUN??--what's up with that??

Jesus as you may or may not know, is aka Michael the Archangel and was begotten by God before the earth was and even before the other angels and so he was taught by our Creator Himself for oh, about, 13 billion years. So he does not read minds, instead, it's HEARTS he reads just like his Father and he knows people, really knows them, how they are and how they think---he's had a lot of time to gain wisdom--so, forget about your lust for a change and get serious.

No. I believe that his life was very confusing and hard.

People who are born "different" often have very tormented souls. I think (assuming that it's all real) his heart and mind were very tortured.

You forget that there was a part of him that was also human. I think that as the embodiment of God, he came to learn and feel as well as teach. The best teachers are the ones who know how it feels to experience what the students are experiencing.

It would have been something to know him though. I would have loved the opportunity....

I have never before heard anyone claim that Jesus could read people's thoughts.
You didn't get that out of the bible. Is it just something that came out of your head ?

Jesus was a schizophrenic, which is a notoriously unpleasant mind-state, so I have to say that might be very unpleasant.
