do we have to pay monthly charge for using navigation equipment or just buying from the market and installin gis suffice . i mean about the fee or no fee ?

in most cases you do have to pay a small fee,,because it does use a satellite to insure it is accurate,,and there is a small fee,,also included in it is automatic updating,it will renew its self every time the roads change,,or expand,,this is all included in the fee,,also 24 hour service is provided,,but all the ones i know of do have a fee involved with them,,i hope this help,s.

You do not have to pay a monthly fee to use a navigation system. You will, however, have to pay for periodic updates to the software in order to ensure that your navigation system has the most current streets and new construction.

The periodic updates are optional but recommended. The updates for our system cost $185.

Yes, I believe there is a fee involved for navigation systems if you choose to use one. For clarification on this check with your local dealership.

Navi is free the cost of the units is high. Even antennia for your laptop and softwear. Voice technology is even in small cars now. And navi with voice is all the rage show route to home. call office bluetooth phones and more in cars all the time.
