You seem to have a mental disorder that is probably physical in nature. In other words, a chemical imbalance which will not go away on its own. I feel for you.
What you need to do is research what doctors are best at treating schizophrenia, paranoid delusions and related conditions. I can't say that you do or do not have these conditions and please don't let that words scare you. You should be more scared of what could happen if these symptoms continue.
The feeling probably feels as real as when you think someone is talking about you which they may be doing, but I have never actually seen anyone attacked by the devil. I have seen people, especially those who have done drugs, think that Satan, Jesus, God or some other supernatural being was talking to them, trying to do something to them, or was in fact, them.
Of course, none of these people was actually being talked to or being attacked and none of them were actually the devil, God or Jesus. They were imagining it and they were doing so because their brain chemistry was off.
The reason I tell you to research for the best doctor (probaby a psychiatrist) is that you want someone who has a good record of working with people to find the right treatment for them. Your life as a productive, happy person is at stake. Don't mess around getting mediocre help. Get the best help you can find.
I hope that helps. Don't hesitate.

A good way to resist the devilish insinuation is to think about after committing a sin what will happen?
You'll find that any sin will bring you an instantaneous joy, which may be accompanied by some pain or cost, after which you'll suffer a lot, (physically, mentally or spiritually). This technique works with me a lot.
If you were a Muslim you would know that a faithful Muslim, when attacked by devil like this, tends to ask help from Allah and He would immediately help him by forcing devil to leave him alone.

Have you accepted salvation?
This is what you do: "Get thee behind me, Satan. In the name of Christ Jesus I rebuke you."
If you truly believe you are being attacked by the devil, ignore all of the people on here who tell you he doesn't exist and so forth. The most brilliant thing Satan did--as it has been said by those more well versed than I--is to convince people he didn't exist. These poor people think they are liberated and freethinking even though they are so easily bound by the enemy and their thoughts are his captives.
The devil is alive and well. I have undergone spiritual warfare. I'm not being dramatic, just sober. When you raise the name of Christ in faith, in the face of the devil, he does flee.
What do you need from a friend? Let me know.

When Jesus was tempted by the devil He used scripture in answer to the devils attempt to tempt Him.
You need to do the same.
If you have never received Jesus as Lord and Savior you need to do that too.
Take time to read and study the bible.
Read Luke 4:1-3
The devil is real, he has real methods and schemes, however Jesus is victorious.
Pray in the name of Jesus for protection.
Ephesians 6:11-17
Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to resist in teh evil day, and having done everything to stand firm.
Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace in addition to all taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming missles of the evil one.
And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God.
God is real. Jesus is real. The devil is real.

It is possible that someone with demonic connections has given you something, or you have been involved in some form of spiritualistic practise with out knowing it.
Look around your home and see if you kind find anything starnge given to you about the time the attacks started.
Call on the name of God - Jehovah - Satan and his demons hate that name.
I wil be a friend to you

Have friends and family both pray for you. It's a numbers game the more people you have praying for you the better the chances of the devil going away.

The devil can't hurt you because he does not exist. He is merely a fictional character.

Placate your inner devil with devil's food cake. Bake it yourself (it's fun and simple), and maybe share it with a neighbor or someone pleasant.
