TheSlayor,I see nothing wrong with christianity. I see that very few "christians" understand Christianity.

timjim, after i was removed from "sin" i found myself doing "sinful" acts but I practiced rememberance of GOD and they became learning exper.,This is an old toy I no longer care for. Keep GOD with you and for a TRUE christian no "SIN" can be attributed to you. What others see is their own sin.

Once someone becomes a christian they are referred to in the bible as saints. Yes they do sin but they are not sinners.

We are all sinners. Christians are just forgiven and should know not to practice sin. LeRoy Eims explained practicing sin as the difference between a sheep and a pig falling in the mud. The sheep will get out but the pig will stay in the mud.

We all are sinners and come short of the glory of God. That is why we pray to God to forgive our sins. We sin not only by deeds and actions, but by thoughts too. It is impossible to get through a day without sinning. That is why we go to church, pray and try to have a close relationship with God as possible.

Christian means we believe in Christ, not that we are somehow more holy or perfect than anybody else.
We believe that we will be forgiven by the grace of God, not because we deserve to be forgiven, or just because we repent, although that is certainly a necessary part of forgiveness.
Knowing about this, and believing this, DOES give us more responsibility for our behavior than a person who does NOT know or believe this. But we still sin and fall short of perfection. We are saved by the grace of God.
And all we have to do is have faith and BELIEVE that!!!

There is only one person ever born on Earth that is/was not a sinner, Jesus Christ. Everyone else is a sinner. Christians accept Jesus Christ as their savior and redeemer from sin.

There is a difference between one who has inherited sin and one who actively practices sin without restraint.
For instance, many people who at one time were thieves(shoplifters), stopped their stealing and are no longer thieves.
Some people used to be drunks or drug addicts, yet now they have ceased to be such.
The difference being, they learned that certain activities are displeasing to God and out of fear of losing God's friendship they discontinue their bad ways.
That although does not make them perfect. They will still make mistakes and errors in life. Yet they do not use God's mercy as an excuse to deliberately engage in wicked ways!

At least they're being honest. Being a Christian means accepting Jesus as your Savior and changing your life to reflect your beliefs - following the teachings of Jesus. We all try to be sin free, but it's definitely difficult. Anyone can slip and tell a lie to avoid confrontation or trouble. People can loose their temper and say something hateful to another person. We are human - not Christ. We may try to follow His example, but we often slip and fail.

All people are sinners. Christians are no different in that regard. The difference is that they are aware of what is needed to restore the relationship with the Creator.
Kind of makes you wonder what else you think you know about Christianity that might also be wrong, doesn't it?

The old saying holds true, forgiven, not perfect. The only perfect being who walked this earth was crucified for our sins and sits at the right hand of His Father and intercedes for ALL mankind, especially those who have accepted Him as their saviour.
A lot of non-beleivers are going to be awfully disappointed to find they aren't going to be partying when they get to hell..
