As long as technology keeps improving , we will always want more.

1. If they were used with proper social ettiquette, it would be just fine.

2. Unfortunately, many are rude and have them turned on at inappropriate places. Some cause automobile accidents, because they aren't paying attention, but concentrating on the cell phone call.

3. If I am visiting with a friend; they get a cell call, don't excuse themself because they are occupied with me — I excuse myself from them. It's rude to have guests and leave them sitting while you clearly would rather be talking with someone else.

4. But most mediocre are the tones. Nine out of ten people feel they must play the whole tune for you, before they answer the cell phone. Very cliche.

I think that the cell towers and lines are not being kept up just like the electric lines in NY.Then they don't perform well.There are more people using them every day and they don't add enough towers to cover that.I also think that if phones are too good, no one will have to buy new ones.It is a business move (all about money).

Only if they're just a cell phone. Now they have cell, mp3, gps,remote auto start, satelite communications, and on demand TV (cable hookups included) all in one phone. Can even plug into a full size tv to allow everyone to watch.

Not more mediocre just more alike -- after you can e-mail; text; take photos; watch TV; look at the time; etc. what else is there?
