I've had Geico (until this week). Their strengths include lower prices & nice customer service; HOWEVER, I recently had a false claim against me & they did not handle it in a professional manner. They were defensive, unfair, & slow. My suggestion: check with a local insurance agent, they can shop around for a low price & give you advice & feedback about a variety of different companies from their other clients.

I requested rate quotes from esurance before. They called me back in a timely manner to offer quotes. However, It was just easier and more convenient to stop by a local agent's office during my lunch break from work.

I politely declined the service and bought the insurance from a local agent.
