All fresh fruits have good nutritional value and fiber. Fresh vegetables work the same. I love fresh snacks of fruits and veggies. Have different dips. Apples/Carrots are great with Peanut Butter. Broccoli/Cauliflower is good with a cheese dip or Ranch Dressing. Very long list, I suggest experimenting to your tastes.
Many people worry about fat. That is not the problem. What most people are is "couch potatoes"! If, you stay active fat is good!!! Learn what "High Density Lipoproteins" (not sure of spelling, learned this in College) and "Low Density Lipoproteins " means. Then snacks of Fruits, Veggies, Nuts are good. Bacon and Ribeye Steaks are too!!! Sad many people cannot experience the great foods in life because of their lethargic lives. Sugar/Honey are great too!!!! Just people have been mis-informed for profits of companies that make subs for these, of which, some have been proved to cause cancer!!! But, like cigarettes, we can always sue later in our dying days. Sorry for the over-kill on the answer. I just hate seening people not understand food and believing the wrong way how it works. Think moderation and an active life.
