this dressing keeps for weeks and weeks in the fridge in a covered container (if it's even around that long).
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, crushed fine
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat ingredients for about 1 minute.
2. Cover bowl and chill for several hours so that flavors can develop.
Makes approximately 2 cups.

Okay, this is NOT the Outback version, but simply the BEST version you'll ever have...First, notice all of the MAYO in these recipes, Caesar should NOT be white and creamy...make this and you will LOVE it..Trust me and email me after you made it.I make this for everybody, and I get so many requests to make it here goes, but SHHHH, don't tell anybody.
If you don't have a Wood Salad Bowl...GO GET ONE.
You will need:
2-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of Mustard power, or 1tsp of grey poupon
3-4 anchovies
1 small lemon
1 tbsp of Worchestire sauce
1/2 cup of Virgin Olive oil
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Salt
Caesar croutons, or make your own
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of fresh shredded Parm
3 hearts of Romain
In your Wood Bowl add the garlic, (you may want to use a garlic press) and add the anchovies, (you may want to put them through the press as well) Using a fork, grind the garlic and anchovies in a circular motion in the bowl, getting the garlic and anchovy to a paste.
next, add the worchestire, mustard, and freshly squeezed lemon, Olive oil, salt and pepper, and the grated cheese. Grind these with your fork to mix them all together.
Then cut your Romain to your liking and add your lettuce and croutons and the fresh shredded cheese.
Bon Appetit!
****NOTE I use the grated cheese mixed into the dressing for the binding agent instead of an egg...if you wish to use a raw egg, buy cage free eggs and coddle the egg in a coffe cup for about 3 minutes. (coddling is running hot water to kill off any harmfull bacteria in the egg) But i have made both side by side and there is very little difference.

I use romaine(can add some iceberg lettuce also,to save on cost)croutons, freshly grated parmesan. Some people add a chopped hard boiled egg and or a few capers. My favorite is Chicken Ceaser Salad.... add stripes of sauteed chicken breasts to the salad.
