whwy dont you check out the technical colledges. They offer classes in many differnt feilds of interest and usully you only have to go mornings or afternoons some offer evenings and only last from 6 months to a year.

Real estate....you can get started working as a secretary in a real estate office and get your liscense while you work....I think it is not that big a deal to become a real estate agent.....i think its just a certification...but big money when you get rolling.
