The rashes you see is medically known as petechiae.This is caused by the decreased levels of Platelet..a blood component that is responsible for the coagulation of blood. Patients with dengue are so prone to bleeding.The same rationale goes with having a pale nail beds. But one of the significant signs of having dengue is the rashes.Hope this helps. God bless!
