Well on one side of my head the end bits of my hair are realy damaged. My haridresser said its a combination of using heat and from "Sun-In", and cut most of the damaged hair out. But i was just wandering if anyone knew any products that improve the condition of hair or have any tips on making it better? and how do i prevent it from happening again?

Try using: Infusium 23 - Daily Treatment
Salon - hair conditioning treatment once every other week for 1-2 months - or until you see an improvement.

A good stylist will recommend what you can do without telling you that you have to spending lots of money!

Mine actually recommends the Infusium products.

Make a homemade mixture of avocado and mayonaisse.
Use 1/2 of an average sized avocado and 2tps of mayonaisse, stir until it feels like cake icing. Apply the mixture as if it were a hair mask. The oils in both products should give shine to your hair and help repainr dryness and breakage.

This is great if you're preparing your hair to be treated by a professional. Use the mixture 1-2 times a month.

Use a heat protectant every time you use the blowdryer or straightener. Also, never use sun in. You can use leave in conditioner for you ends right now, and try to never straighten your hair more than 3 or 4 times a week. Hope I helped!

Try deep conditioner. I use Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deeeeep. You can prevent it by not being in chlorine a lot or in the sun and use a hydrating shampoo daily, such as Herbel Essences Hello Hydration

first of all don't ever use Sun-in again. then try giving yourself some treatments at home. deep conditioners and a protein treatment once a week and a masque is really good. Ask your stylist which ones she recommends

I fried my hair ( 3 wks ago) and my hair dresser told me to use joico K- Pak reconstruct. It is pricey but my hair is already in so much better shape. I have been recommending it to all my friends.
