For example...
Four Catholic ladies are having coffee together. The first one tells her friends, "My son is a priest. When he walks into a room, everyone calls him 'Father'."
The second Catholic woman chirps, "My son is a Bishop. Whenever he walks into a room, people say, 'Your Grace'."
The third Catholic woman says smugly, "My son is a Cardinal. Whenever he walks into a room, people say, 'Your Eminence'."
The fourth Catholic woman sips her coffee in silence. The first three women give her this subtle "Well.....?"
She replies, "My son is a gorgeous, 6'2", hard bodied stripper. When he walks into a room, people say, 'Oh my God...'."

Well it's not something that can't be forgiven. I actually think the joke is funny and OH SO TRUE. Hard bodies make me say oh my god also.

Obscenities and other kinds of foul language have become so common today that many people hardly give them a second thought. And yet the Bible is clear: "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths. ... Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking" (Ephesians 4:29; 5:4).

Why does the Bible say this? The main reason is because that kind of language doesn't honor God. In fact, it dishonors Him by using His name in a casual or blasphemous way, and by degrading other people—people whom He loves. That's why one of the Ten Commandments declares, "You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God" (Exodus 20:7). If you have given your life to Jesus Christ, your goal should be to honor Him in everything you do—including your speech.

Commit your tongue to the Lord, and ask Him to help you overcome this habit from the past. Ask Him also to fill your mind—and your speech—with what is good. Remember: What we say is a reflection of what we think. The Bible says, "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2).

When I was learning about God and Christianity back in, well, a long time ago... I was told to use this as a reference when in doubt, "would you do that/ say that in front of Jesus?". So I guess it's really how you feel about things. I think your joke is funny and I think that Jesus would laugh too because He had/has a sense of humor, same as us. Just as He had pimples and stinky feet like us too...

It is amusing but it does take the name of God in vain and that is a serious sin, but I guess the joke would not have the same impact if the fouth Catholic lady had said "Oh my gracious" or "Marrrrrrry!!!!!!!!!"

i'd say no otherwise their would be alot less people left in this world . struck down by lighting bolts. God has a sense of humor even if some religions don't.

Willys cynical thought for the fugging day;

People should learn to laugh at themselves, why the let everybody else have all the fun? It's easy for me to laugh at self, I don't believe in god or sin but that's my answer!

its only a sin if you make it one. laughter is good for you and im sure that if you can make others laugh, even if its in a risque way, the good will outweigh the bad.
