I would be worried if you were my daughter too.
Why do you HAVE to burn off what you eat? Eat what you love, in moderation, and exercise to keep in shape and have fun with it. Two hours is alot of exercise when you are not eating, or not eating enough.
Maybe you could see your doctor together...
When us moms see young ultra thin role models like Nicole Ritichie and LIndsey Lohan and one of the Olsen twin girls, we worry about our own daughters risking their health to look too skinny. You need eat well to grow up and be healthy and be strong. Be well and proud of your body no matter what the scale says.

well, You need calories to burn calories, and your body burns calories anyways by not exercising (BMR) and do you really need to lose the pounds. You don't need to exercises excessively to lose weight.
If you don't eat, then your body won't have enough energy to operate normally and exercises through the day.
"I've become soo tired that i just stopped eating but i still exercise 2hrs a day"
If you eat, then you won't be tired and probably could be brimming with energy even after your two hour workout. I don't think a whole two hour workout is necessary though..
It's also NOT good for your body if you starve yourself. Just plain simple. You're human. so eat.

The fact that you have become "soo tired" is a sign that the diet you are trying is not healthy. Your body needs energy for a lot of functions, and if it's not getting that energy from food, then your body will suffer. Thank your mom, and if you need to diet try a new one. Keep up with the exercises, but make sure you are eating enough.

When I first read your question, I thought you were pulling our leg! If you want to be able to exercise, you should eat. Just lear, which type of food is good for you (ex: eat carbs. You'll burn all the calories, but your body will get the nutrients, vitamins, etc. it needs). Talk to your sport teacher about it.
Also, did you really need to lose weight? How tall are you? How old are you? What's your weight?
Anyway. Eat healthy and you'll feel very good.

It's not wierd at all. Just imagine you had a daughter who decided to stop eating and wouldn't stop exercising. Or think of a cousin or a sister who was doing what you are doing to yourself. I think you would be pretty worried to. Starving yourself and over exercising is very dangerous. For exercise to be effective you must have plenty of good carbs and lean meats. It's no point not eating, you will just lose muscle and end up gaining excess fat back when you go back to eating normally. Please just eat healthily and exercise in moderation. Take care : )

You've lost a lot of weight in a short period of time and that is not healthy. Concentrate on being in shape and healthy and don't worry about losting pounds. You need to eat because when you don't, your metabolism stops working and other health issues can arise like becoming anemic or losing hair, and fatigue. Not to mention developing an eating disorder. It's okay to be thin, but be reasonable about it. Everyone needs to eat!

You shouldn't not eat. Cook at home yourself as much as you can using healthy, natural, and organic ingrediants. When you do eat out or eat outside the house make sure the food is healthy, natural, and organic. Exercising after meals is great but don't be too extreme. A brisk walk is fine.

because thats not healthy. its okay to exercise but not everytime after you eat. youre body needs food, instead why dont you watch the portions of the food you're eating, then you'll be dieting healthy and you could still exercise. but it sounds like youre on the verge of becoming anorexic, and even if you think it looks good or that guys will think it looks good, skinny rails dont look good, ive been skinny all my life and you just need to find a median between the two.

Being a mother myself, I think with all the celebrity weight lose going on and the obsession for everyone to be paper thin has her concerned and she does not want you to be so obsesive that you develope an eating disorder. But as long as you maintain a healthly weight for your size, she will probably back off some.

Not eating an exercising too much is murder to the metabolism in the long run... if you want to do that for the rest of your life, go ahead but it'll be lousy and you'll be unhealthy... your immune system will deteriorate, concentrating will be harder, etc. she's just being a mom who's concerned about her child's psychological and physical well being. be happy that your mom actually gives a crap about you.
