Cutting it on the NEW moon, cutting 1/4 inch thereafter, every 2 1/2 to 3 months. That is it. It will grow 1 inch a month, it won't quit unless you quit cutting, then it will just split and thin

GNC General Nutrition Center sells a supplement called "Nourishair"..u can google it to see what is in it. Also ProCaps laboratories sells a supplement that is for the hair skin and nails...........these both contain biotin and zinc and many other ingredients. You can also take Biotin by itself, but be sure to take at least 2500 micrograms a day or 2.5 milligrams............

my teacher told me that everyones hair stops growing at a certain point, it just stops. maybe you've reached that point. i think it's genetic or something.
