By RDL, I believe you mean a Romanian Deadlift right?

Grab a barbell slightly more than a shoulder width apart. Keep your hips and back straight and use your hips to lift up the bar, while keeping your arms straight, and come straight up. Then come back down by bringing your hips down and bending your knees slightly. Then repeat.
