about a woman working on a construction site?

If she is pulling her own weight, then great for her.
I have worked with many women in various jobs. The only ones that I didn't like were the ones who expected special treatment because they were a woman.
If she is expected to complete the same amount of work in the same time period for the same job, then I will fully accept her as an equal.

I think if a woman wants to work on a construction site, then let her do her thing. I used to work in a home improvement store, and there are some women out here in the world that make a good living in construction wok. Do not prejudge a person,.

Bring it on! If she can do the same quality and quantity of work, more power to her! I'd love to see a woman doing construction in fishnets.

hmm...if she's hot then somebody is going to get hurt,..got to pay attention to what your doing on a construction site,..lol!!
seriously though, some women can do just as good of a job, i've worked with a couple.

If that's what she wants to do than go ahead...remember the saying women can do anything men can do...It's not a common thing to see but there is nothing wrong with it.

You see alot of those positions filled with females. There is nothing wrong with that. It's a honest living.
