Jewels,
What you made could almost have been mini "wanna be" meatloafs.
Next time try taking your experiment a little farther.
Add a little more pizazz to it....
Try more seasonings.... Make the concoction into balls,,
Insert a gourmet cheese..... Deep fry til done..............
Have a prepared sauce to cover your creation. Then lay them over a light pasta.
Make sure you drain ...
Contrary to popular opinion the excess grease can make you sick....

if you're afraid you undercooked it, hamburger is cooked when it's brown all the way through. If you're worried about the grease itself making you sick, don't. You'll have to eat a lot of grease for a long time for it to make you sick. But to be safe, cook your hamburger first so you know it's cooked through, then add your tomato sauce. Once your sauce is hot mix in your stuffing.

No, you won't be sick unless you don't like the food combo. I wouldn't eat it.
Next time add boiled noodles instead and a packet of taco seasoning or Ranch mix for a darn good Chici-Mac dinner.

no unless you or your husband has a higblood. it will just add calories. but next time try to reduced the grease, because fat and cholesterol accumulates and stores in the body and it takes long time before you get sick. but for now, you won't get sick, just exercise the next day to burn up the fat. :-)

There's nothing in there to make them sick, but it doesn't sound very appetizing. Sounds like a heavy and odd version of meatloaf.

no, it sounds good. but to be healthier, you could always use morningstar farms veggie crumbles; they taste just like meat but have half the fat and calories, and tons of good soy protein.

No, it won't make you sick. It will just add more fat and calories to the meal.

No. Good thing to do is taste the dish before you serve it.
