you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Good luck and stick at it.

Running would be a great idea. It may add some muscle there, but it will also burn off the fat. Just about anything will work as long as you aren't sitting around eating all day. Another good thing would be to go to the gym and use the stair machine. Really works the glutes. Good luck!

You should always start off with some light cardio like cycling or stepper for 10 minutes. Then proceed to do weight training for your legs. If you are targetting specifically the "***" area...you could start with simple lunges (3sets of 15, with no weights).
then you could follow up with this simple & effective exercise: get a chair, pretend you are about to sit on it. as your bum is about to touch the chair, hold it for as long as you can.
These are just some simple exercises you could do anywhere.
Diet plays an importance role too. Eat your meals punctually, no crash diets. But, reduce carbo & fat. Take in more vege & fruits.
Drink water instead of sugary carbonated drinks etc.
Good luck!

Running burns fat. If you have a big ***...run. Could just be genetics though. I am a puerto rican girl...I got hips and booty...and I am only five feet tall and weigh 105.... ya just gotta embrace stuff like that sometimes.... and roll with it. Life is too short. Just more of you to love.

sit on the floor feet away from body. now bend ur legs so thst ur feet touches together (means base to base of each foot). now interlock ur hands and hold ur feet with ur interlock hands and try to move ur legs in a butterfly way so that ur knee start touching the ground.
intially it is hard for the knee to touch the ground but with daily practice u can do that.

Rule of thumb is that the first place that you gain weight will be the last place to lose it. Exercise is good for you no matter what, though.

squats, and swimming or running. squats firm, and aerobic exercise uses the sugar stores. The only real way to lose the weight is to eat smaller portions and less processed sugar.

Do you like swimming? If so, do it. Because swimming is what burns A LOT of calories (all over) and gives men one of the hottest bodies (there's also surfing, snowboarding, ...). And it's really good for your heart.
