A friend told me a good test a few years ago:
If you can look at him and say to yourself, "I'm going to be there when they bury this guy someday", then he's the one.
Other questions to ask:
-Is he kind, patient, and generous, both to you and others?
-Does he listen to you?
-Is he reliable?
-Can you each do your own thing without it bothering the other, but have interests in common?
-Do both of you know what the other would think about a given subject and feel happy with what you know?

what is you requirement to be the "one" ?
Does your guy has the exact quality that you need him to be the one ?
Also, if you are still young, you two has not gone throught the good and bad times, so how do you feel you two can pull-it through together ?
It is question you have to ask yourself. Cause some of the quality and characteristics is your choice.
Also, one thing, he may be the one for you. But are you the one for him ? It takes two to tangle.

IF HE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE NO ONE HAS NEVER MADE YOU FEEL BEFORE WHEN YOU ARE TOGETHER AND WHEN YOU ARE APART ALL YOU DO IS THINK ABOUT HIM THEN HE IS THE ONE....... ALSO IF HE FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT YOU THAT YOU DO ABOUT HIM ...... YOU HEART WILL NEVER LIE TO YOU AND IF YOU ARE ASKING THIS MAYBE HE IS NOT THE ONE THAT YOU ARE MENT TO BE WITH...... YOU NEED TO STOP AND LISON TO YOU HEART TO REALLY KNOW....

you never know if they are they one until you are both together till death...heck your even lucky if it makes it past the seven year itch...just think of it as he is the one for now...and go get some sushi with me i'm starving and really want some darn sushi

that is a stupid question, that's your own decision, don't rely on people you don't even know to tell you how to figure it out, it won't feel real because you'll be constantly worried about it.
