Yes I do. It's a treatable disorder but it's important to get help from a therapist who is experienced in DID or in working with trauma survivors. I understand how tough it can be with the switching and lost time but once you get to working with someone you trust and start coming to terms with past traumas, then things will begin to be stabilized internally and integration will eventually happen.

I don't know if I suffer from it.
However, from what I have read about MPD (or DID) from google and books, your mind is a place with "people" in it. (Bar, club, hotel, jail etc.) with certain roles.
Your best bet is look up ways to intergrate or merge all of the "alters" into one.
There is also other people with blogs with DID online. They might help as well.
