I just found out, through my lawyer, that my daughter's dad had to take a drug test yesterday. We are going through a custody battle, if he comes up positive, what happens? Will his rights be taken away completely?

I would never get back with my daughter's father. Even if he isn't currently using drugs. He's a very scary person and I thank God that He led me out of that relationship. Now I need to make sure my little girl is safe. This is something very scary and serious to me.

No. But he may have to go to some type of treatment and prove he's safe to be around kids before he can resume visitation.

What kind of pop quiz is it? Multiple guess, fill in the blank, straw test or fill up the cup?
Some test are harder than others.
