I really HATE my school because of my counselor, friends, teachers, etc. I want to transfer to a different school. The ONLY way I can transfer is if I think of a strong solid reason. I can't say I want to go to a BETTER school since my school is ranked really high. I'm turning a junior and I don't want to go through a wasted hated year. I'm a good student, I get straight A's. How can I show them that I really don't like this school? I don't want to take drugs or do something bad to get kicked out...

Could someone please help me think of a good reason... ANYTHING will be helpful at this point..

I believe going to a different school WILL make me happier because I want to start out fresh and make new friends and have a new reputation. People don't bully me, I am just sick of my school and I did not have a bad day, I have had one EVERYDAY for the last year. I have tried to transfer with every reason I could think of (transportation, work related, etc) I just need help with a reason I could write on paper. It's not easy to say in person because this is a serious issue. I can't talk to my counselor because obviously I don't like her (long story). I don't like the idea of being PRESSURED to talk about your problems. I don't like the school. period.

Look...high school is but a wink of an eye, when you will look back someday. Right now, I feel you need to do what you HAVE
to do. Regardless of how you feel about it, cause get used to it...
Not everything will go your way in life. So, don't sweat it!!...I had
to attend 5 or 6 different high schools, we moved alot. Do you
know how HARD it was for me to get in there and make new
friends and the whole schools in general.?? So, I just am saying
try to make the most of where your'e at. I say, just get thru it....
You'll be graduating in another year, then you will plenty of time
to figure out what you want and find what your good at. Don't
make school your whole life ! It's NOT. Do other things that
make you happy, that's very important....Good Luck.......

Your almost done with high school. You came this far and you should just go ahead finish at this school. Don't let not getting friends among the staff and student body get you down. Don't be so desperate. Some people dropped out of school for issues they had and hear you have an opportunity to finish at top of your class. I don't think you hate school, if you did you wouldn't be a straight A student as you said. Stay at this school. The worst thing if you do transfer is if your credits mess up going to another school.

You had a bad day. Things seem overwhelming and at the worst possible situation, but don't worry something will give and you will feel better tomorrow. Besides if it doesn't hurt you it will only make you stronger. keep your chin up and listen to Daniel Powter you had a bad day take a bubble bath and relax. Some people have worse days than you did. You will be fine. If you transfer things will be harder and then when things cool down where you are at, you will want to go back. You will be ok! I survived school and I had problems!!!!!I'll say a prayer to help you have strength to pick your head up and rise above the BS you are going through.

Get an appointment with your school counselor & talk it out. Maybe there are some different classes that you could take or even some additional classes that would give you some extra credits. Then you could either graduate early, or maybe go into the work-study program.'

school is school - be thankful you have the chance of a good education - you are not at school to make friends with the teachers - just think when this little episode is finished you got 40 years of work to look forward to - dont give up n be resiliant to the rubbish around you - juice the education system for what it is worth and while it is free to you - for me to retake a GCSE it will cost me on average £500 or $1000 - now that is expensive

Do you really think just changing "location" will change your situation? How do you know it will be any better since you say you already go to a good school? If you get straight As then you have something to bargain with. Tell them you'll flunk out unless you get transferred and put your foot down.

The truth will set you free. Maybe set one of your teachers on fire? No, if crime doesn't suit you, which you've mentioned, maybe you could say you would work better in an environment of people that you enjoyed being with, and prove that you will some how benefit it a new school. Best of luck to you =)

Make your feelings known as nicely as possible but be prepared for the consequences and the grass is not always greener on the other side.
