its not a resume it she has to give this to a director shes a nurse but she was assign to do this for evaluation purposes

This is a good way to put on the resume

Buisness Name (left justified) Dates employed (right justified)
Housekeeper(Bold and italic) responsable for maintaing a safe, clean, and attractive enviroment for (hotel) guests.

* Cleaned all aspects of the guest room including carpet and restrooms
* (use another for clean) common areas including ....
* washed and dryed resident laundry

I had a technical writer write my resume and this how she did the employement info and perspective employers have told me that they like it done that way so they can easily see what the responsibilities were w/out reading a whole paragraph
