First, call the vet and ask if they use 'modified live virus' vaccine. If so, what those kinds of vaccines do, is give the dog a low grade, modified version of that virus. It helps the dog build up immunities to the real virus so he won't get it. It's normal for a dog to be a little bit lethargic after receiving that sort of injection.
If they don't use that type, it's still possible for your dog to behave differently for a day or two, because just like humans...everyone reacts differently. If you call to ask about the vaccine type, you can give the vet the symptoms and see what he/she says.

This can be more serious than some here would think.
Some dogs can have very seriously dangerous reactions to vaccinations...our own dog did and almost died without medical intervention.
If your dog seems to be in so much pain that it doesn't want to move at all, screams when you touch it, pants heavily and just seems to be in major pain, you call your vet's emergency number right away and talk with him/her...it may be having a bad reaction to the vaccinations and need help.
One way to combat this is to do just one or two vaccines at a time; two vets have told me that it is when you do a lot or all of the vaccines at the same time with a sensitive dog that you tend to raise the risk of a negative reaction.
So you're right to watch carefully.

It's normal for a dog to be a bit lethargic after shots. If it continues for more than a day or two, or the dog quits eating or drinking, then you will want to see a vet. Otherwise, just give him lots of TLC and he will be fine. If you have more than one vaccination done at a time, it can intensify the side effects, so be sure to space future vaccinations out over a month or two.
Hope this helps!

You should expect some sleepiness or soreness after a vaccination.
If your dog is vomiting or has diarrhea, make sure the animal has access to clean water.
If the gastric distress continues, take the dog to the vet as soon as the office opens tomorrow.
If the dog loses consciousness, or becomes very lethargic, call your vet’s emergency phone number. If your dog has not had food in over 4 to 6 hours, these symptoms also indicate low blood sugar. Dip your finger in Karo syrup (not honey) and rub it in the dog’s mouth. This usually restores the dog to full-speed-ahead in 10 minutes or less. If this works, make sure you have food available to the dog all of the time.
Good luck!

I took my dog to the vet too to get her vaccinated. Your dog will be fine. Just let your dog rest. Your dog will feel sick for awhile.

It's probably expected. Human Vaccinations do similar things, to cure a disease they usually inject you with that same disease, but a weaker version. You then get sick for a bit while your body develops antibodies for it.
If it doesn't start improving in a couple of days, then call the vet.
