Your brain can rejuvenate on its own, but you should take fish oil if you want to speed that up. Their was a case trial on a schizophrenic/dyslexic, who had an mri after three years of fish oil (2grams per day of EPA, which is in the fish oil)- and his brain ventricles had completely recovered and enlargened. Fish oil has Fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are the fats that your brain is made from. It is healthy in many ways, for your skin, nails, cardiovascular system, eyes, brain (in many ways: concentration, emotional, health). GNC's fish oil capsules and Carlson's Norweigien Fish Oil are the number 1 picks on the market. I would recommend Carlson's lemon or mint flavored, in liquid bottle. It's from deep coldwater fish and tastes good too. Its about 40 dollars for a two week supply if your using 2 grams daily. If your using it for anything else like depression or bipolar than take 5 grams daily. If its for enlarging your brain and rejuvenating it, than you can take 2 grams. But why not take 5...lol.

Brain cells, like nerve cells, hardly reproduce themselves if I recollect correctly... they don't actually "rejuvenate" but the person can change around their thoughts to the point where they think their brain has "rejuvenated"

No it cannot rejuvenate. But the dead brain cells are replaced by active ones so we continue to perform our usual tasks.

i think so...
brain cells rejuvenate in vegetated patients, that's why some of them managed to wake up after so many years
