same hour is perfectly fine.
If you are taking progestine only pills, then you are not supposed to let more than 26 hours pass between pills.
For most combined pills, everything up to 36 hours is fine (for some high dose even 48, but it does slightly increase your chances). However, then you have to take 2 at the same time, if you skip a dose, and that can make you sick and cause you to vomit (sorry, I know it's graphical) which can render it inefficient.
Taking it at the same time makes it less likely that you'll get sick since it keeps the hormone levels steady.
Also, taking it at the same time makes it easier to remember to take it. Again, anything within an hour or 2 is perfectly fine

There is definitely leeway built in there. "Perfect use" means taking it at *about* the same time everyday, like within an hour or so. I think it's more important on the low dose pills because you really need to make sure you're maintaining the level of hormone in your body. I think the way you're taking it is as close to "perfect use" as the vast majority of pill users are likely to get and your chances of getting pregnant are in the 1% range because of it.

certain, you ought to target to take them round a similar time of day. It sounds such as you're literally not unavoidably in touch in the contraceptive area of the tablet yet taking them mutually facilitates keep a consistent dose of the hormones on your body and that could help adjust your classes. My body changed into extremely gentle to this one tablet i changed into on. If I took the tablet a pair hours previous due i ought to at times have recognizing the subsequent day! It would not must be at precisely a similar time yet in case you may attempt to take it interior of an hour of a similar time each day you'll have more beneficial valuable administration.

The closer to the same time you take it the better. There is a little leeway built in, but it is better to take it at the same time.

No, you are fine. I think what is meant by the same time everyday, is so it becomes an ingrained habit. You know, take a shower, brush your teeth, take the BC pill.
It's very easy to forget if you take it one day at noon and the one day with dinner.

That's why I get the Depo Provera shot (every 3 months just 1 shot). I don't trust myself to remember to do something every day. I think the closer to the same time the better but honestly I don't know.
