depends. usually a nice guy willing to love and commit? the purpose of dating is to go out and have fun together. The purpose ( i think) of having a boyfriend is to see if you guys click and then when old enough, be fiance and then get married? is that the purpose of a boyfriend? A potential husband?

manners, confidence, intelligence, good sense of humor, honesty, being able to carry the conversation, simmilar interests, an open mind, same religious beliefs/ race (not to be racist or whatever), takes care of hygeine, wears clothes that flatter, isn't concieded, treats the girl like a princess, and i dont think i missed any but let me know if i did

You have that guy that has everything and can give you nothing and then you have that guy who has close to nothing and can give you everything. Girls want everything but not necissarily material wise. Romance, consideration, thoughtfullness, patience, conversations, fun, stamina, etc.
