That's completely normal. Your body needs the energy to work out. Don't starve yourself, but eat healthy food only.

Sometime when you begin to exercise people eat more. Think about it you are burning calories so you are losing the food you already at for energy. In order to replace those calories you jsut burned you eat. Your matabilism is alos increasing so you will eat more. Just make sure you eat heathly!! Oh and the amount of calories for a girl who exercises increases just remember that if you stand on that scale and you have gained weight you really are just gaining muscle. GOOD LUCK

If you eat more that what your body uses for energy and nutrition, then you'll gain weight. Modify your eating habit (eating more now that you exercise) or else you'll keep eating more; and if you stop exercising and still eat the same amount that you're eating recently, then it may look like you've never exercised at all.

go to this website and see how many calories you burn and how much you should be eating, if not the exercise may be in vain.....

well more than likely your going to gain fat and because you're excercising its going to turn into bigger muscles. or you're just going to burn it all off real fast. one or the other

You will gain muscle weight. The fat will turn into muscle.
