I used to take yoga and my instructor tried to get us to build images of our own $hit-deflectors.
Stress will probably lessen a bit if you can get some more sleep, and a bit more exercise. Think of stress as a bottle in your body and psyche. It fills up with all the stress you are getting from your life - allergens, arguments, sleep deprivation, financial worries, job worries, relationships. If you can examine all the sources of stress ni your life and eliminate or lessen any of them, it will help you.
Blind rage is something else. Probably it is created when your stress bottle fills up very quickly and you feel really trapped. I guess it could be hormonal, because I tend to get it when I try to quit smoking all at once. If you can physically step away from a situation that is causing blind rage, for even 10 minutes, you may be able to cool down enough to reduce blind rage to ordinary anger. I hope you can find something that works for you.
Personally, I hate feeling tapped into arguments and stressful conversations early in the morning or right before I go to bed. I don't feel I have to convince anyone now that I am right and they are wrong. Usually you can't convince people by arguing with them, because they tend to obsess on illogical beliefs or emotions. Let them vent, but step aside. Go to the bathroom and hide out if nothing else works.

I'm a young single mother of three kids by an ex in prison. I have never received any financial support whatsoever, but I went back to college while working and raising my kids in my own home...basically I have a very large amount of stressors on my plate (college, 3 kids with no daddy, poor, work, etc.) but i find that I cope better than most individuals that don't have as many stressors...WHY?
I think I deal with stress and anger well because I'm able to look around and be thankful for what I do have and not what I don't have. I also am a woman of great faith and reading the bible really gives me hope personally.
No matter how bad your life may seem it could be so much worse, and life is too short to let the little things prevent you from enjoying our life.
Maybe you can try volunteering at a hospital, once you see people that can't even get out of the bed, see, breath independently, or eat regular food, maybe that will help?

Blind rage is built up rage. Join the gym, work out or just talk about what your pissed off when the little things start coming in so it doesn't build up.
Stress, meditation, yoga or even once again working out.

OMG I have the same situation. I do three things.
1. Have a physical escape route by which you can go and sream or punch or breath to bring youself back to center focus.
2. Always have something with you that you can hold. I keep a rosary in my pocket where I can rub the beads when I feel like I'm losing control.
3. To have a phrase I repeat in my head to not lose my focus. I like to say, "I am safe and OK".
Hope this all helps! It's always good to let your therapist know any mood changes if s/he needs to adjust meds!

Get away from the stress. Take a walk, take a drive (sometimes this is the cause of the stress), go someplace where I can completely forget/ignore what the problem was until I can calm down and think rationally.

well stress is normal but blind rages are NOT. Please seek the assistance of a good tharapist who can assist you in learning to feel the warning signs of an impending rage episode so you can make up a plan/s to avert your urge.

It is so easy to forgive if you put yourself in the other persons shoes - forgive forget and realize that you have been worse than them so sit back relax think about your past and your future and go do something about it.

You need to go see a psychiatrist for prescribed treatment of some kind. You sound like a postal personality.
