If you have iron deficiency anemia, you are pale, easily tired and always feel weak. It can be due to poor iron absorption in the digestive system or low dietary iron. Increase the amount of iron in your diet (ferrous sulfate preferably in oral form). The condition should be corrected within 2 months with extra 4 months to replace tissue stores.
Iron can be obtained in dark green leafy vegetables, liver.
All it takes is a blood test, and the results are available quickly. In the meantime, if you feel dizzy, please find a place to lie down and inform someone. I once had it, felt dizzy, sat down, lost consciousness and hit my head.

Have you had iron deficiency anemia before? Do you have symptoms? How long ago were you tested. What will you do if the test is negative? What will you do differently if the test is positive? If your parents cannot afford another doctor visit and blood tests and you think that you have iron deficiency anemia then take multivitamins with IRON. That is what they will suggest if the test says you are iron deficient - so save money on the tests and increase your iron intake with iron rich foods and iron supplements.

I am not sure what you mean by you have lots of things saying that you have anemia. However, the blood test for anemia is simple and cheap.
If you are concerned about it, and if your parents still don't want you to get the blood test, it is a very simple problem to treat. You should be eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as taking iron and B-complex dietary supplements. Additionally, it is good to make sure that your diet is well-balanced and that you are getting enough exercise for your age.

Some good indicators are constant fatigue, dizziness and look at your eyelids. When you pull down your eyelid it should be pretty red or dark pink and you should be able to see veins. If it is extremely pale pink or even white you have low blood iron levels. Another good place to look is your fingernails. Again if there isn't a bit of pink and is very white you are probably anemic. Good luck convincing your parents.

Actually I can tell from here you don't. I can do that because there is no such thing. Iron deficiency anemia was invented by Madison Avenue for selling Geritol, a supplement.
If you are worried about having low iron levels eat green leafy veggies. It really doesn't take much iron to satisfy your bodies needs. Don't start taking a lot of iron pills or anything without a Dr. orders because you can actually OD on Iron.

The only way to definitively diagnose that you have iron deficiency anemia is if your doctor does certain blood tests, including checking your complete blood count and iron level. You may not have symptoms right now, or they may not be noticeable. As this condition gets worse you may feel weakness, dizziness, irritability, palness, short of breath, amongst other symptoms. You don't mention why your parents won't have you tested, but I think for the best of your health, you need to get tested just to be sure. A blood test is a very simple way to diagnose this condition.

there are very simple lab tests. symptoms can be pretty much anything but most are tired alot.
Also, a simple test you can do at home is take something that is real gold and when you feel tired push against your face and make a line, the line can go black.
This happens to me.

The doctor says you might, and your parents won't let you get tested unless you convince them that you need it? Is that what your question is?
Have your parents talk to your doctor.
