It depends on what your normal color is and what color you had dyed it. Say if you dyed it black.........you would have to get a color remover and follow the instructions. And after that you should be able to put in the highlights. Call a representative at clariol. They have numbers that you can call and talk with someone. Good luck.

Depends on the hair colour you have now as well as the colour your going to do.
If you've been dying your hair a lot or have a lot of chemical damage, your hair shaft won't hold the dye of your new colour or you high-lights as well. Really does depend on the specifics as to the approach.

depends on your hair color. red is the easiest color to put in your hair and the hardest to remove.
