Are you talking about the crucifixion? Because you have it the wrong way round. Jesus offered himself to the father for our crimes. Why question it? Just rejoice and be thankful that he did!

No, only those guilty of the crime can be punished either by law, or by God

no absolutely not!
what loving child would do less for his father and vice/versa?
we often sacrifice ourselves for even the most flawed of people, but though this seems noble, it is NOT justice.
It is not the place of the child or parent to decide punishment.

In Islam ,it is inadmissible.Eye for eye.Tooth for Tooth.Only father will be culprit not the son and so is for son if he kills someone,Only and Only him (the Son) will be punished for his offence and not the Father.

Kill them ALL so the defective genes can be eliminated from our society. The principles of eugenics should always be considered if we are to survive these troubled times. Otherwise we are simply nourishing a cancer instead of cutting out the deadwood.

No, because what does that teach the person who actually committed the crime?

No they didn't commit the offence, we can only do the time for our own crime not time served by proxy.
