She's having a fantastic time. Putting her paw on your hand or arm means she wants you to tease her. Our dog does that and we play "fight" but not hurting the dog or ourselves. Some dogs have a fantastic sense of humor and are loads of fun to play with.

It is a dominance sign HOWEVER... in play dogs (and wolves) will reverse the usual roles. A dominate dog may let a less dominate dog stand over them or roll them on their back. Dogs understand that such a display in play is simply play. The wagging tail (in this instance) diffuses the ordinarily dominate display to tell you she is just playing and not challenging you.

Its a sign of Dominance... When I dog lifts it paw to shake or place it on your lap they are trying to establish Dominance.
If you have ever noticed when two dogs are playing sometimes you can seem them placing their paws on each other withers... same thing trying to gain some dominance

all dogs, male or female, will try to dominate you by putting their paws on you, or in their minds "holding you down" they also do it to each other by resting their upper body on another dogs back.It is all a sign of dominance.
