Self Hypnosis CD's?

My best friend is all over these self hypnosis cd's and is trying to get me to use them. Not so sure yet..... Thoughts? Comments? Opinions?

She bought two CD's; Wealth and Motovation. I told her I would try the motovation CD.

Hypnosis is actually an ancient art, the Egyptians used to do it, and from there India..

but I reccomend reading up about the processes of the brain, and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) it changed my life !!
or rather my perspective of it. which then allowed the changes to flow into my life... all of them positive

i tryed a give up smoking hypno cd, 15 years ago and i havent had a cig since.... and thats the truth... but there are other types. what is the hypno tape for ???
