Guys get turned on before, during, after. All the time, there's all kinds of sperm coming out, not just during climax.
There's even cases of pregnancies from a guy rubbing his tool around and just inside. Don't need any real penetration. Those darn little squigglies know where to go all by themselves.

no it does not i read a study once that said if you have sex every day for 2 months and use the pull out method the girls odds of becoming preggers are around 95% and the odds of the guy then moving to Mexico are 75%

Yes it does I use this technich for long time but he has to pull way before he may finish the has to do it for a least 1 minute before this happens but is not very secure this option I you don't want to get pregnant.

Depending on how fast he pulls out. Even the smallest amout of *** around the opening can cause you to get pregant, so you would have be careful.

no there's still a high chance of pre *** or actuall sperm to enter and fertilize. so definetly not a good idea at all. and after all what guy likes to pull out anyways, so be carefull

it doesn't prevent pregnancy 100%. i suggest not trying it out though. there's pre-ejaculation, so you could get pregnant from pre-ejaculation. careful.
