How would you rate Washington Mutual, compared to other credit agencies?

It is a bank and also offers lines of credit..... Paypal Visa for example. Interest rates seem a little high for that particular card, as a bank they do offer a lot of special programs like free checks for life, one waived overdraft a year and no fees for using other ATMs...... Ridiculous!! (If you've seen the commercial, you'll get the ridiculous comment) On a scale of 1-10 its a 8.5
