You know who I mean - the eejits who shop for next Christmas in January sales - that type and they make cakes that would make any god fearing dog spew up. Oh, God and they make cards and knit yogurt and don't wear make-up (although they bloody well should before we have to look at their wet, grey faces) Do you know what I mean now!!!! Or just I mean its only August

Slap yourself first for bringing it up!
I think we should go further, how about making it every 4 years.

I also hate the people who say you are being miserable when you talk down Christmas. At least I'm not sad enough to be miserable for the other 11 months of the year like them!
Do they really need a plastic tree and paper decorations to make them happy?

And the bloody TV programmes, every Christmas special ever made. And every Christmas record ever made no matter how crap it is.
And advertisers love it....'Get your bloody new double glazed windows in before Christmas' Like it really matters! Who gives a s h i t.
Im in full agreement with you.
And thanks for reminding me how crap it is.How about the 10 points? XX

Although I love Christmas I was in the store the other night with my family and not only did they have Halloween decorations and costumes out. But they also had Thanksgiving decorations out.
And they were putting up the Christmas decorations.

Now I love Christmas and because I am raising 2 grandchildren who will be 3 years old and 2 years old the season, I have one of the most decorated homes in the neighborhood. But Christmas decorations in the stores in August is TOO MUCH.

how do you knit yogurt? didn't know you could do that, interesting. No matter what time of year it is I never think that Christmas is a slappable offence.

But I do remember when they didn't put out Christmas items until after the halloween day. Now it just gets earlier and earlier.

Your absolutely right! I've not been my summer holidays and already there is Christmas stock in the shops! Lets start a world wide campaign to stop retailers stocking Santa stuff too early.

The word christmas comes in 2. Chris-Mas. The full meaning is Christian Mass which means they should congregate. But nowadays, it's just a marketing scam.

Given the fact that "Christmas in July" has just passed, I am all shopped out. Must now regroup for the much more commercial one that comes in December. And, in addition to all this, you're a British dame.....Wow!

I guess that means me! I'm already addressing my Christmas cards!!

I would prefer to have all of my shopping done by now but finances prevent it. I thoroughly despise having to shop on December 24th!

I hate the Christmas crowds. I would rather do all my shopping online and have UPS do all the work for me!

Merry Christmas everyone (Ho Ho Ho)

Maybe you've just been out in the sun too much this summer. Oh well, take heart, summer is almost over. There may be a chance for you yet. Oh and before I forget, Merry Christmas!!!

Definately, but unfortunately I can't get away from it as I work in retail. Get ready, as soon as the kids go back next week the first cards, crackers and wrapping paper will appear!!
