I usually do not realize how depressed until my Mom or husband brings it to my attention . I'm glad to hear you asking for help . the main thing is not to keep any of the crap to yourself . It is extreamly important that you get your crazy thoughts out on the table, when you do they start to loose their power and you can start to dismantel them one by one . I suggest you tell a family member that you are having some serious problems and that you need to talk and be taken serious. If you feel better talking to a stranger by all means tell anyone that you trust to help you . Just get help !

If it is not clinical chemical depression which the doctor needs to treat with drugs, then depression can be a cycle that is difficult to get out of.
It is easier to act yourself into feeling better than fell yourself into acting better, so smile even if you feel like sh1t think positively even if it is just for a few moments. CLean the house, the car, anything, go for a walk. Go to a coffee shop and talk to a stranger. It all helps and starts the process into feeling better

I really think it differs with each person, but when i am feeling like that i have a journal and i write my feelings and thoughts down. It helps me to let it out. Sometimes you are your worst critic. People suffer from many different kinds of depression. Naything can trigger it, a smell, a sound, even a line from a book. We never know when it sneaks up on you. Then after a few days when i feel better i read my book of what i wrote. Then i try to fiqure it out. So far it has helped me I hope it does you.

Do something. I like to work in my back yard, gardening, being left alone. I would say have s e x, but in the end that only makes you feel empty. Unless that is the reason you feel depressed, then I guess if you are doing it, you wouldnt be depressed.

You have to have plans...always! Have things up-and-ready when you feel you are ruminating down to suicidal thoughts. Call a friend, see a neighbour, play with a pet. Hell, go to the mall and grab a cup a coffee. I know this sounds tough, but sometimes it brings me back to center if I say to myself, "at least you're not one of the Katrina victims who's lost everything", or, "at least you don't live around the violence of the Middle East."

I don't know if this will help, but know that you are not alone. Even if you think so, your not. I have it too, and sometimes I think about ending it, but I fight the thought off. Or I listen to music. Just find something you enjoy and I hope that helps.

If your depression gets worse, see a doctor or a therapist.
There are medications that can help help you manage your depression.

You can spray on some AXE body spray , go to the shopping center and have hot babes jump all over you. Life gets better as time goes on.
