Too a point it does but then you see your friends and family happy with each other so wait awhile and then get into the game. I am not ashamed to say that I am still a virgin for 28 years still searching for the right girl. Hope this helps a little bit.

haha - reminds me of a joke. The pope was invited back to earth for 24 hours for being such a good servant. He was told that he could go ro do anytthing he wanted.
His only request was to be able to read some of the missing manuscripts which he spent his life researching...
shortly after his return to earth, the angels, he a loud screeching. SO they rush to the pope to find out if everything was OK.

to answer your question - a person can 'dry out ' for several years if they are willing to control their thoughts, and avoid gazing at women improperly, or immodesty.
However for most of us weaker species who are drawn to loking at women and having hot chats with women from yahoo answers, two weeks to a month (if the guy wa really strong willed)

I can be celibate for about 3 months max.
and yes this will keep you away from a lot of trouble just masturbate like I do to keep you body satisfied.

For as long as needs be. Celibacy is a discipline, not a prison sentence. Does it have any benefit is like asking is exercise good for you.

The rules of THREE:
A person can last 3 minutes without air.
3 hours in a bad storm without shelter
3 days without water
3 weeks without food
3 months without sex (once you start having it) + or – 3 minutes.

i can be celibate as long as i need to. yes i do think it is beneficial because sex can complicate things.

yes i think when you start having sex all of your emotions get screwed up and also the relationship with the person changes so if you can hold off that would be great
