Do not finance for 25% in four years that is 100% 12,000 car cost you 24,000 and you thought loan sharks were not in business. Buy used clunkers get prepaid phone electricity and slowly show that you can be responsible for money and in five to seven years all will be forgiven. Sorry that some one said file bankrupt and all the debt will vanish.

you will have a hard time finding someone to finance you.
if you havn't already filed, i would call around and find out if there is a lender who can help you, if not, try your hardest to keep your car thru the bankruptcy...
if you have already then, when you do find someone to finance you, the intrest will be off the charts!

is the bankruptcy discharged? if so you will probably have to go to a buy here pay here lot. Used car lot.

yes if it has been discharged not dismissed or if you are still in it a letter from the court to approve you to buy one .their are sveral lenders who do this
