No they have not. Since God made mice to begin with. Scientist made nothing because God had already made mice to begin with.
Now the day scientists make ANYTHING and not use what God orginially created, then they've got something they made. But that day will never come, because God is the creator of all things, past present and future! Praise the Lord!!.
