If you already speak more than one language, I think definitely it is possible for you to learn two more different languages at the same time, when you know two languages, learning a third one is much easier because your mind already have the structure for that. However if you are very new to Latin thongs, I really do not recommend trying to learn Spanish and Italian at the same time, they are very, very similar and could create you more confusion, some people may think that is better to learn them together because of that, but believe me there's going to be a moment where you are going to be mixing words in both languages and not remembering which word belongs to which thong.
If you are an English native speaker, I would recommend to learn German and Spanish. German has a lot of similarities with English and they have the same roots.
Your decision of learning those languages is very good, go ahead with your project... is not going to be easy, but it is possible. Good luck!!!

Keep going!!! Spanish and Italian go very well together. I took French and Italian at the same time and it was not difficult. In fact, since they are both romance languages you'll learn a lot by comparing and contrasting.

If the languages are related like Spanish and Italian, you could get pretty confused. I think Spanish and Russian would be a better combination.
Learn languages while you're young. It gets harder every year.

Separately, I would start with Spanish because other languages have similarities to it, but next I would do French, because Spanish and French are quite similar. Plus if you take on a lot of thing at once you'll get confused.

i seem to be in a hurry too.. i tried Swahili and Japanese at the same time for a whilez.
I would say seperatly.. if you do 2 at the same time.. it will take longer... and you can fully put ur attention on that 1.
if you do decide to study 2 of them at once.. DONT pick 2 latin languages .. they will confuse the hell out of you since they are so similar
