You need to have the install files, you cant just copy and move program files. After installing the program on the other computer, then you can copy the user files, etc into the appropriate directory.

Is this a Windows PC or a Mac?

I don't know much about Mac, but on a PC, you have to install programs, then move the data ( files ). The reason for this is because your software get's placed into several locations on the PC. One place is called the registry. The registry is updated at install and further when you upgrade your software with things like patches. So, theshort answer is no you can't just move it over. If you don't have the install software ( on diskette or CD ), you may be out of luck and have to buy a new copy. Sometimes thought the software can be gotten form the software company, try their website. Hope this helps

Copy the folder containing the program files to the same location on the other computer.
If this does not work then it is easier just to reinstall it on the other computer. If you really want to move the program rather than reinstall it you will need to find out which files and registry entries are missing, you can use utilities like filemon and regmon to find out what the program is using and copy them all. Even this may not be enough to find all of the program's files if there is any security used.

WELL U DOWNLOAD THE FILES ON TO A FLOPPY DISC (C-DR) AND THEN INSERT THE FLOPPY DISC INTO THE OTHER COMPUTER, OR IF U HAVE BLUE TOOTH U CAN TRANFER FILES WIRELESSLY TO THE OTHER COMPUTER IF ITS NEAR HAND AND ALSO HAS BLUE TOOTH.
HOWEVER U WILL FIND THAT THE C-DR IS FAR MORE USEFUL. BY THE WAY IF A FILES CONTAINS DIGITAL PICTURES AND MOVIES U WILL HAVE TO USE UR DVD ROM AND A DVD RECORDABLE DISC.
ALL THE BEST.
