There's an awesome one ran by marist brothers, near Austin, called "camp marist".

There's Christian camp called Sky Ranch in Tyler Texas, its awesome, I know some of the people that work there in the summer and if there was ever anyone you could trust to leave your kids with, its them! PS-if you ever think of outside of Texas there is this awsomely amazing camp called Kids Across America, it is fan-freakin-tabulous!! Look it up for real. Hope this helped, Toodleloo!!
