That is one thing about the United States, we don't force people to do things, they have freedom here of choice of what to do. If there were no Illegals here we wouldn't have so many homeless, they could find a job.

No...

You Cant FORCE Anyone To Do Anything
Unless Youre A NAZI

But Im Willing To Bet That The Homeless
AND Prisoners Of All Backgrounds
Would Step Up To Do The Work
If It Was Available To Them

They can have a work program, but the security necessary usually is not cost effective. In Alaska, the amount that the state would have to pay to the Correction Officers to monitor these workers would be too much to make a program like that worth it. We do have a work release program, but no additional man power is required to monitor the prisoner.

You can actually have prisoners (of all races) do work outside of the prison. In our county, they fight fires, clean up after festivals, do major construction on buildings and in our parks. They re-did the golf course….and the landscaping along some of our roads. Although they do come from a minimum security prison, but yes they are required, in our county, to participate in these programs.

I think we should:
a. Eliminate public aid for all non-senior citizens, widows, and widowers.
b. Eliminate public housing.
c. Make panhandling a crime- the police should be arresting bums.
d. Arrest people for living on and/or in public places. (ie. In bus stops, next to bus stops, in alleys, etc.)
e. Make prisoners pay for their stay in prison. (Force them make them pay $10.00 a day, for example, for the prison's profit while they are IN prison in addition to paying for their stay when they get out.)

-After all this, people will be forced to work even though there is no law specifically demanding it from them. All of these people will be desperate and have to pull their weight just like the rest of us. If they don't...well, they can go to another country.
